Please read through our policies before your initial appointment.

Payment
Practitioners at KC Wellness Project accept payments in the form of cash, checks or credit/debit. Credit & Debit transactions are processed through Square and require a 3% processing fee. Processing fees are processed at the time of payment.  Personal Checks can be made directly to the practitioner.
Inclement Weather
We deeply care for the safety of our clients and practitioners.  If the weather becomes bad and driving conditions are dangerous all sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled as soon as possible.  If sessions are cancelled your practitioner will contact you prior to your appointment. If you have questions please call the office or your practitioner directly.
Late Cancellations/No Shows
We greatly value your time and also the time of our practitioners.  We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If you will be late or unable to keep your appointment at KC Wellness Project please contact the office or your practitioner as soon as possible. If you arrive late to your appointment it is of the discretion of the practitioner if your session will be full time, shortened or cancelled/rescheduled.  If you choose not to contact the office or  practitioner a $20 late cancellation fee will be assessed to your account.  Any late fee is to be paid before another appointment can be made.
Children/Guests
For the safety & relaxation of all clients, please do not bring children or guests with you to your appointment at KC Wellness Project.  Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to wait in the seating area without a parent/guardian.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.  If you choose to add gratuity to your session, you may do so with cash, check or credit/debit. KC Wellness Project greatly appreciates your generosity.
